Dwayne Gibbs moved to the White House area in the 2nd grade, and eventually graduated from White House High School. God got a hold of his life when he was a freshman in high school, and from that moment on he's been learning what it means and looks like to follow and trust Jesus.

After high school, he went straight into ministry and has been youth pastoring for about 4 years. Dwayne feels that his life is all about the Kingdom of God which includes his wife, his family, his life and everything in between. Dwayne lives to testify about the truth of Jesus. Dwayne is just a nobody trying to tell everybody about Somebody!

Rev. Keith Jackson is a native of San Antonio, TX. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin. He is also a graduate of Emmanuel Bible College in Nashville, TN.

Rev. Jackson answered the call to the preaching ministry in 1997 and was licensed and ordained at 14th Ave. Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, TN under the pastorate of Rev. Frank Gordon. In 2004, Rev. Jackson was called as pastor of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Cross Plains, TN where he continues to serve. He is also Moderator of the Little Fork District Association, Treasurer of the Missionary Baptist State Convention of TN, and Vice-President of the Cross Plains Community Chamber.

Rev. Jackson is married to Diana Jackson and they have 3 sons: Alexander, Nicholas, and Christopher. Rev. Jackson also has a son, Edward Evans, of Cedar Hill, TX.


A Man's Influence Through Leadership will be presented by Jonathan Finch, Minister of Students, Temple Baptist Church, Whiite House, TN

Jonathan Finch grew up attending Temple Baptist Church and his heart is that all students will come to know the Lord as their Savior.

Jonathan met the Lord in 1996 before graduating from White House High School in 1998. Jonathan went on to receive a football scholarship and graduated from Lambuth University. He served as Youth Pastor at Whiteville First Baptist Church for three years and at Grace Park for another two years before being called back to his home church as Youth Pastor.

Jonathan and his wife, Johnna, have one daughter, Aspen and one son Canon. Jonathan and Johnna give God all the glory for the group of students they get to call "family." and feel blessed to be in full time ministry.


Discipleship 101 will be presented by David Thompson, White House First Baptist Church, White House, TN

David Thompson was born in Pennington Gap, Virginia, where he lived for two years. He has lived in White House, TN since 1972.

David Thompson has lived in White House, TN since 1972. David graduated from White House High School in1980, and went to work that same year for Holley Performance Products where he worked for the next 23 years. In 2003 David started working for Southwestern Company, and has been employed there since.

In 1982, David married his wife Cyndi. They will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year. David and Cyndi have two children, Chad, 27 and Amanda, 24.

David has been attending First Baptist Church in White House, TN for almost 40 years. He was saved at age of 25 and has served in various capacities at First Baptist, throughout the years. David was ordained as a deacon 1995, and has taught Sunday School for about 25 years. He was a youth leader for about 10 years, and has been discipled by several men over the years, most recently by Glen Dyer before he left WHFBC for Georgia. Since his time with Glen, David has discipled several men himself. Currently he meets with three men in White House, and has 12 men hr will continue teaching in Haiti this summer.
